JOHANNESBURG - Young aspiring South African musicians might receive a scholarship to study at the Manhattan School of Music through the Hugh Masekela Heritage Foundation and ELMA Music Foundation. The scholarship is to honour and celebrate the life of the legendary jazz artist and anti-apartheid activist.
