Thousands are expected to descend on Heaton Park for Heaton Park Food & Drink Festival this summer
A hugely popular food and drink festival is set to return to Greater Manchester later this summer. Heaton Park Food & Drink Festival will make its comeback on August 12 for a two-day extravaganza, which promises new interactive tasting experiences, live entertainment and ABBA and Robbie Williams tribute performances.
Commenting on the much-antipcated return, Festival Director Michael Johnston said: "We had a brilliant first year at Heaton Park with thousands of attendees joining us over the two days. We’re bringing back all the good stuff, as well as a few surprises up our sleeve. We’re buzzing with excitement.
Elsewhere, the live cookery theatre, hosted by Great British Bake Off contestant Makbul Patel, will showcase a lineup of esteemed chefs. Visitors will be able to watch Babna's Patisserie, Yemi Adelekan from Masterchef UK 2022, Chef Marc Mole, Chris Waling from Cakes by Noah, and more, as they share their culinary expertise and demonstrate their skills live on stage.
