Over the course of 25 years, the Trafford Centre has undergone several transformations, from the revitalized Barton Square to the expansion of the magnificent Great Hall.

Bradwells Bradwell’s was an English restaurant and tea room harking back to a bygone era of the 1920s and '30s. The civilised restaurant and wine-bar sold everything from traditional English favourites like steak and kidney pie to sumptuous ice cream sundaes.Tiggis A big part of the Trafford Centre from the start, Tiggis was a bar and Italian Restaurant.
Manto Many of us will have heard of Manto, one of the first bars on Canal Street, but did you know there was also one at the Trafford Centre? Kitted out in red leather, Manto's sister café bar was spread out across three levels with a restaurant and bar. V2Go V2Go was one of The Orient's earliest eateries, opening at a time when vegan and vegetarian only food outlets were not as common as they are today. There you could buy meals and snacks including pitta falafels, vegetarian hot dogs, Mexican bean burgers and even vegetarian ice cream for dessert, called 'V Dream'.
