Ever wondered if Baldur's Gate 3 was a platformer?
The Faith-Leap Trial is one of three major challenges posed in the Gauntlet of Shar dungeon of Baldur's Gate 3, asking your player to cross a dangerous abyss to reach an Umbral Gem. Almost acting like a platforming section, the path across the chasm here is shrouded in darkness. While it may be tricky to find the way forward, there are some clues that could help your party make it across.
How to Beat the Faith-Leap Trial in Baldur's Gate 3 The path to complete the Faith-Leap Trial is actually shown on the floor between the Ancient Altar and the entrance to the room. By altering your camera so that it shows a top-down view, you will see a model of the chasm with gold marked lines. These lines are displaying which tiles across the pit can be stood on, giving you a good idea which way to progress here in Baldur's Gate 3.
Companions or custom characters with a high enough Perception might be able to see the tiles where characters can stand on as they move forward.
