A former music journalist, Robin recognized the issues with exclusivity in the entertainment industry and used her network to create spaces for education, free press, mentorship and employment for creatives like her. When she made the switch to tech four years ago, she found that the same issue existed in the walls of a startup.

Attendees enjoyed dynamic keynotes from Phenomenal Woman's Meena Harris and Blavity Cofounder Jonathan Jackson and additional panelists joined in on the conversation from Google, Twitter, Instagram, Apple, Slack, and various known advertising companies.
