Jaylen Brown, who needed five stitches between a pair of fingers after cutting his hand on a glass vase last week, admitted the laceration 'split open' during Saturday's game.
"It's fine now," Brown said of his hand."... I think it's gonna be all right. I guess take a look at it tomorrow.", Brown delivered a game-high 29 points on 12 of 23 shooting, adding 12 rebounds and three assists while playing strong defense. Brown said the injury did impact him, though -- particularly in the ball-handling department, where he committed a game-high six turnovers.
Brown said pain wasn't necessarily an issue with his right hand, but comfortability was lacking at times.
