Does monkeypox spread in the same way as Covid-19?
Monkeypox, which mostly occurs in west and central Africa, is a rare viral infection similar to human smallpox, though milder.Experts have explained there are significant differences between monkeypox and the coronavirus,head of the smallpox secretariat at the World Health Organization , said the two viruses are not the same.
