“When I was appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa, I didn’t look like the minister of sport, I looked like the minister of food and beverages, and I decided I’m going to lose the weight,” said McKenzie. McKenzie has been consistent about his weight loss as vocal as he has been about his claims of his department’s tireless work since being appointed minister.
