Voters can bring their voter notification letter with them to their voting place to speed up the voting process but it’s not required.Article contentThe period to apply to vote by special mail-in ballot closed Sept. 16 at 4:30 p.m. Special ballots can be returned by mail or dropped off at the Elections Office or any Client Service Centre – but keep in mind that they have to be received by Oct. 24 at 4:30 p.m. to be counted.
