As for the steps you should take, the City of Houston says the boil water notice impacts water consumption only. So water you drink or use to cook needs to be boiled before using, but bathing in tap water is fine.Bring to a rolling boil for at least two minutesOfficials said the notice should last until Tuesday morning.
