Houston area high school baseball power rankings: The Woodlands cracks top five

Rankings are based on overall and recent performances, quality wins, strength of schedule and team accomplishments.The Wildcats extended their win streak to nine games.
The Panthers picked up a trio of wins to remain unbeaten in District 20-6A. The Panthers defeated Dulles 10-1 to start the week, earned a 7-2 win over George Ranch three days later and beat Elkins 12-5 the next day for their 14th straight triumph. The Panthers have outscored their opponents 139-21 during the streak.The Highlanders swept College Park in District 13-6A action while extending their win streak to five games.
