Lucky Costa and a panel of industry professionals discuss the business of automotive repair and customization in a special event on the Power Tour.
We're always looking to expand the scope and experience of our events, and this year’s HOT ROD Power Tour Driven by Continental Tire also included an element that could be described as educational and informative, as well as entertaining. The Day Four activities incorporated an exclusive panel discussion called Shop Talk withwith record crowds, amazing weather, and a thrilling route through some of the most scenic drives in the Midwest. Thursday’s stop was at, just outside of Columbus, Ohio.
Prior to the start of Power Tour, representatives from Duralast contacted local business owners and repair professionals, inviting them to attend the discussion. Topics ranged from customer communication, parts availability, scheduling and planning, and the pros and cons of working on cars for a living. Duralast provided ice cream and popsicles for attendees, and we think the conversation was lively and fun while still being highly informative.
