Sienna was initially terrified by Jeremy's arrival, thinking her deceased father Patrick had come back from the dead. However, she was relieved to find out that it was actually Patrick's secret twin, leading her to soften her stance towards him. Despite Sienna's insistence that he keep his distance and her urging Dilly Harcourt to stay away from him, Dilly invited Jeremy to live with them at Oakdale Drive once he was released from the hospital, reports the Daily Star.
