This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby appeared to be in good spirits as she met the newly crowned King Charles at Buckingham Palace
alongside US actor Stanley Tucci for The Prince’s Trust Awards.
Holly sported a yellow dress which featured a cap sleeve and buttons up to her neck for the occasion while Stanley donned a cream suit with a faint check pattern and a darker-toned tie. Holly told This Morning viewers: “I put my posh dress on today because later on this afternoon I am heading to Buckingham Palace and there the King will be, and we get to introduce the award winners to the King so he can say well done, which is all quite exciting isn’t it?”Later in the show, as Holly departed, they shared an embrace and she told Phillip: “Don’t be naughty… and save me a piece of cake.
He added: “We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone. In April, Holly also took time off from the ITV morning programme due to having the painful rash shingles, which is caused by the same virus as chickenpox.
