KIRO 7 News StaffBOTHELL, Wash. — Southbound Interstate 405 is backed up for miles after a hit-and-run involving a motorcycle and a pickup Friday morning.The two left lanes are blocked south of State Route 527.WSDOT said drivers should avoid the area or expect long delays.There is no estimated time for when the lanes will reopen.
