This windmill-turned-home provides ‘outstanding rural views’ from every angle 😍

A former windmill, constructed in 1827, has undergone transformation into a detached four-bedroom home in Scopwick, and is now on the market for £1million.

The property is nestled on Heath Road, about eight miles north of Sleaford, with adjoining recently-added wings. Preserving its original six-storey brick tower and tar exterior, this windmill-turned-home provides ‘outstanding rural views’ from every window.A circular entrance hall boasting octagonal flooring leads to the versatile interior, which accommodates four to five bedrooms.

The first floor has four bedrooms, but room usage remains flexible. A bathroom on the fourth floor opens the potential for additional bedrooms within the tower.Relax and unwind in the living room.
