Hillary Clinton's disdain for Lindsey Graham's opening statement was on full display after the Republican senator brought up the investigation into her emails.
On The Rachel Maddow Show Wednesday night, Hillary Clinton was not shy about her feelings regarding Sen. Lindsey Graham’s opening statement at the Barr hearing earlier in the day. The purpose of the hearing was to have Attorney General William Barr answer questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee, which Graham heads, about his handling of the Mueller report.
Clinton went on to explain what she believes to be the reason Graham and others continue to talk about her emails. Despite the fact that the FBI wrapped up their investigation into Clinton’s emails nearly three years ago, and Republicans investigated that FBI investigation while their party still had a majority in the House, Clinton’s emails are still a popular subject among conservatives. Clinton believes there’s a reason for that too.
