Kenny Inglis, from Aberdeen, was given an Asda 'superstar' award
A Scots Asda worker has been hailed a hero after coming to the aid of a young girl who suffered a head injury in-store when she collapsed. Kenny Inglis, who works at Aberdeen's Middleton Park supermarket, also helped a woman who suffered two seizures before Christmas.
She had suffered an injury to her head after falling but thankfully was conscious and alert with Kenny advising she be taken to hospital. Luckily, she was discharged later that day. He said: "It is great to be trained for these situations and part of the reason why I wanted to be first aid trained as you come into contact with so many different people every day.

He is always willing to help and is so calm in challenging situations like these. He is full of empathy and always manages to put a smile on our faces."
