There are already trolls that post nasty comments about the kids. They are too young to read about it yet, but Kourtney would hate for them to read it as they get older.
Though Kourtney will be in fewer episodes of the 18th season when it does return, Kim recently told Ellen Degeneres, mentioning that their feuds 'get worse before it gets better', a final decision has not yet been made about her future on the show, reports
