Fourteen states and one territory will head to the polls on Tuesday, March 3 to vote for their preferred candidate.
The 2020 Democratic presidential primary is about to enter its most competitive phase yet: Super Tuesday.
The contest is also significant because it'll be the first time that Michael Bloomberg will be on the ballot in the Democratic primary. The former New York City mayor decided to skip the four early-voting states due to his late entry into the race. Instead, he's focused his time and resources—which includes more than $400 million—on Super Tuesday states.
Over the past three days, three candidates have suspended their campaigns: Billionaire Tom Steyer, former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar.
