Here are the changes to TTC service on St. Patrick’s Day parade weekend

The TTC has announced several route alterations and closures for the upcoming weekend, including increased service to support the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday. See the modified schedule below to plan your trips around the city:

The parade route is accessible from St. George, Museum, Bloor-Yonge, Wellesley, College, Dundas and Queen subway stations.

Some service will be diverted to accommodate the parade, including 13 Avenue Road, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., 94 Wellesley, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 501 Queen, from 12 to 4 p.m. The 19 Bay, 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton routes will run through the breaks of the parade, but riders should prepare for longer travel and wait times.From Monday through Thursday, the subway will stop running on Line 1 between Lawrence and St. Clair stations at 11 p.m. for construction on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.Those travelling southbound on Line 1 will not be able to access Lawrence Station, and should exit at York Mills station instead where they can be assisted by TTC personnel.
