Recent computers can be donated to an organization such as Goodwill or recycled through any number of locations that accept older machines.Q. I have a relatively current Dell XPS 13 laptop that is in very good working order. Do you know of anyone who could use it? Perhaps a school or a charitable organization?
The computer will find a good home and proceeds will go to support the Goodwill organization which is a worthy cause. Q. AT&T is offering a free copy of something called AT&T Antivirus Plus. Is this something I should download? In fact, if you have any antivirus software installed, you should probably avoid this — not because it’s a bad application, but because it’s usually not a good idea to run two antivirus programs on the same computer as they will often conflict with each other.
