Helldivers 2 players have been hoping to see a firing range added to the game to test out new weapons before jumping into a mission.
Ever since Helldivers 2 launched, players have been hoping to see a location on the ship to test out new weapons. It looks like there is a lot of unused space on this ship, which could be expanded into new explorable areas over time. This would be a really fun addition to the game and add something fresh to the lobby area of the game. It looks like we’re not the only ones that think this as Arrowhead Game Studios is currently working on this feature.
This could be similar to the tutorial mission where there is a section that can spawn Automatns or Terminids for you to take out. Having to try out weapons for the first time in missions can be frustrating, especially if they turn out not to be good, or they take some time to figure out. It is great to see that this is an idea that the development team is working on, hopefully, it won’t take too long to implement.
