Heavy traffic is expected in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon Thursday afternoon as the Metro Manila Development Authority is set to hold simulation exercises for the Philippines’ hosting of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.
MMDA said the stop-and-go traffic scheme will be implemented on select roads in Metro Manila, Tagaytay, Clark, and Subic—the areas which will likely be affected by the regional meet’s opening ceremony. Here is a list of the affected roads for the MMDA’s simulation exercise, which will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.:
