Two fire crews from Shrewsbury were scrambled to Uffington, near Haughmond Hill, at 7.41am on Tuesday.A spokesman for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said:"On arrival of fire service, no persons were trapped. Crews used small gear to make the vehicles safe."A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said:"We were called to reports of a road traffic collision on the B5062 in Uffington, Shrewsbury at 7.37am.
"Two ambulances and two paramedic officers were sent to the scene, however, we were cancelled by police prior to arrival as our attendance was no longer required." AA Traffic News had reported heavy traffic on the B5062 both ways from Haughton Crossroads to Upton Magna turn off at the time.
