250 g Klein River Gruberg full fat hard cheese, gratedFry the diced bacon in a little butter and set aside. Add more butter to the same pan and sauté the onion until softened. Set aside.
Melt 3 Tbsp butter in a saucepan, then remove it from the heat. Whisk or beat the cornflour in briskly until smooth.
