The young man – allegedly believed to be an “aspiring politician” – and his friend Thabiso Danca made headlines in 2022 over a viral video., the owners of Hank’s Olde Irish Pub – located in Cape Town’s Bree Street – were awarded R1,25 million in a defamation settlement. Logan – alleged to have political aspirations – will have to pay R500 000 to each brother for their loss of income.
