If the constitution does not extend the right to researchers and academics to promote or propagate hatred based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity or anything else through academic and scholarly work or engagement, why is the Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill contradicting the constitution and proposing to shield academics and scholars who propagate racist and bigoted ideas?
