"We don’t launch until it’s right," Administrator Bill Nelson said in a post-scrub NASA TV interview."It’s illustrative that this is a very complicated machine, a very complicated system, and all those things have to work. You don’t want to light the candle until it’s ready to go."to the moon and back, began a whopping 46 hours before liftoff when teams arrived at their Launch Control Center consoles on Saturday.
Managers hoped to make up the lost time during the countdown, but three issues sprang up along the way that pushed the timeline – and likelihood of a liftoff at all.
