The penultimate episode saw Tommy plan his ultimate revenge against Catherine and pitch a new life to Ryan

After his grandad left him home alone with a very disinterested Ros, Ryan took it upon himself to leave. Of course, Catherine presumed that he had been abducted by Tommy, calling the police into action — only to receive a phone call from her son Daniel, telling her Ryan had turned up to his and Anne’s house looking for refuge.
Ever the gentleman, Nevison Gallagher offered up his country pile to Ryan, Catherine, Clare and Neil. But Catherine, still furious with her sister and her boyfriend, refused to stay and do nothing, venturing out back to work alone. Probably not the best idea when a murderer wants you dead.
