Huge Disney+ comedy abruptly axed after just two series leaving fans devastated
A spokesperson confirmed that the show would not be returning in a statement which read: “Disney+ Original series, Renegade Nell, will not be returning for a second season on the service.
With the help of supernatural fairy sidekick, a plucky little sprite called Billy Blind, Nell realises that fate has put her on the wrong side of the law for a reason - a reason much bigger than she could have ever imagined. Written by Happy Valley and Gentleman Jack creator Sally Wainwright, Renegade Nell has an all-star cast including Louisa Hadland , Nick Mohammed , Joely Richardson and Adrian Lester .
