Calderdale councillors will vote on whether to name the hall after Queen Elizabeth II.
King Charles III visited the market in 2018 when he was Prince of Wales. The building was opened by the then Duke of York in 1896
Councillors in Calderdale will be asked to celebrate the late monarch by renaming Halifax Borough Market in her honour.
