STORY CONTINUES BELOW THESE SALTWIRE VIDEOSSamuel Clements Green, 27, was released after serving a sentence for five counts of sexual assault, five counts of assault, break and enter, and three counts of failure to comply with conditions of a court order and recognizance.

He is required to follow strict conditions, including not consuming, purchasing or possessing alcohol or drugs, or associating with any person known to be involved in criminal activity. He is also required to live at a designated community-based residential facility and report any intimate partner relationships.

Police warn against anyone encouraging or undertaking any form of vigilante activity or other unreasonable conduct and urge people to contact them at 902-490-5020 immediately if they suspect Green is in violation of his release conditions.
