H&M Beauty has just launched a reimaged make-up collection in collaboration with Zendaya and SZA's make-up artist, Raoúl Alejandre – and the extremely luxe-looking buys all cost under £10
A-list make-up artists know a thing or two about making stars look incredible. The problem, for those of us at home wanting to recreate the looks, is their products of choice tend to verge on the pricey side. Many have kits stacked with NARS, Victoria Beckham Beauty and Dior, which is why when we heard MUA-to-the-stars Raoúl Alejandre was collaborating with H&M Beauty for a reimagined make-up collection, our ears pricked up.
This first drop, which has just launched online and in select stores today, sees H&M's existing blushers and lipsticks modified with new formulas and packaging. Raoúl has also turned his expert attention to the brand's existing mascaras, transforming them into four different formulas to suit every lash need you could have. At just £8.99 a pop, they're super affordable while still being results-driven.
When we saw the luxe-looking red packaging of the H&M Beauty collection, we instantly thought of the red soles of Valentino heels. The crimson colour is synonymous with high fashion and opulence, and we have to wonder if Raoúl pulled from his days as Valentino Beauty's Global Makeup Artist as inspiration for this high street collection. Either way, we thank him for bringing his designer flair to the affordable H&M products.
