H-E-B has four stores under construction in Collin County with two opening this fall in Frisco and Plano.
Rockwall and Rowlett are the two biggest cities in Rockwall County, which has a population of more than 100,000 surrounding Lake Ray Hubbard. Most of the major food retailers operating in Dallas-Fort Worth are already in Rockwall County, including Kroger, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods Market, Walmart, Aldi, Sprouts Famers Market, Target and Costco.a small town between Rockwall and Royse City.
H-E-B is the largest Texas-based grocer with 420 stores in the state and in Mexico that generated sales of more than $36 billion last year.with long-term plans to eventually expand into North Texas in a big way. H-E-B has four stores under construction in Collin County, with two opening this fall in Frisco and Plano. Two others are scheduled to open next summer in Allen and McKinney.
