The co-owner of a Leeds barbers that was broken into overnight says he has been left "gutted" by the "bizarre" burglary as he slammed Kirkgate's 'street drinking problem'.
West Yorkshire Police have confirmed they are investigating the break-in and have appealed for witnesses. Paul, 35, described seeing "glass everywhere" outside the shop after he was woken by a call at 5.30am on Tuesday.He told Leeds Live: "We are gutted to be fair. They have come in and they have robbed three half-empty bottles of spirits. They have not looked through the drawers or anything - it is just a bit of a bizarre one.
