Lawyers for the Gupta network have attacked the evidence against them in the Nulane Investment scam prosecution, in a clear attempt to scupper the possible extradition of Atul and Rajesh Gupta - but the State is adamant there is a case against them. The Gupta accused have sought further particulars from the National Prosecuting Authority about the case against them on 24 May, just days before the Gupta brothers were arrested by Dubai police on 2 June.
