The organisations, including Section27, Equal Education Law Centre, Centre for Child Law and National Council of Persons with Disabilities, accused the department of not speaking out about the alleged mistreatment of pupils living with disabilities at Ikhwezi Lokusa Special School in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
