You can sip Champagne and cocktails with your Greggs in style
Greggs and Fenwick have opened an all new Greggs Champagne Bar at Fenwick Newcastle. The design of the Greggs Champagne Bar at Fenwick pays homage to the famous Belle Epoque era, a period in French history characterised by beauty and joy.
The space has been designed to feel decadent, mirroring Art Nouveau stylised details throughout. The Greggs Champagne Bar at Fenwick will seat 16 customers around a curved bar, synonymous with 1900’s Paris, as guests sip from bespoke Sausage Roll etched Champagne coupes. Guests can also ring vintage, crystal bells for a top-up.
For the first time, Champagne enthusiasts can pair their bakes and rolls with a selection of Champagnes served by the glass or bottle including Bollinger Rosé and Laurent Perrier with the Louis Roederer Cristal available at £75 per glass, or £425 by the bottle. For a sweet finish, there is also a host of signature cocktails inspired by Greggs’ sweet treats. Diners can enjoy a “Yum Yum Twist”, a sweet, sugar-glazed cocktail crafted with rum and real Yum Yums, a “Cream Éclair” which features vanilla vodka and dark chocolate liqueur, and a non-alcoholic “Peach Melba” cocktail.
Reservations for the experience until Tuesday 31 December can be made here. The experience will be open between 11:30am until store closing on a reservation-only basis.
