EXCLUSIVE: Greer says he'll look at legal action in the Court of Session if the 'destructive' water park bid is approved
Green MSP Ross Greer has vowed to take Flamingo Land to court if their plans for a giant water park on Loch Lomond get the go-ahead.
We revealed last week how Flamingo Land’s planning application had become the most objected to in Scottish history - with objections now numbering more than 70,000. Planning law expert Ian Cowan, representing Greer, said under Scots regulations, the developers should have started again from scratch with a new application.
Greer told the Record: “There are simply no grounds on which to grant consent to such a destructive and unwelcome development.
