Greater Manchester's most affordable areas where you can buy a house for less than £200,000
Buying a home within a reasonable budget can prove to be fairly difficult in the cost of living crisis. With house prices, energy costs and interest rates soaring, house hunters are now having to pay more for their homes than what they would usually consider to be affordable.
Other parts of Bolton where house prices fall below £200,000 are Kearsley, with an average house price of £181,613, and Heaton, where homes cost £186,911 on average. Other parts of the borough with cheap house prices include Moston, Beswick, Bradford, Blackley, Cheetham Hill, Hulme, Moss Side, Ardwick, Longsight and Rusholme with prices ranging between £170,000 and £195,000.
Middleton has an average house price of £193,795 and houses in Littleborough are priced around £198,866 on average.
