Greater Manchester's cheapest areas to live where house prices are the most affordable
House prices are still relatively high all across Greater Manchester as the average cost of a home continues to soar. Despite talk of prices starting to decline, demand is still outweighing supply which makes it more difficult to find a reasonably priced home.

There are also cheap house prices in Blackrod, which average around £184,067, followed closely by by Heaton, Kearsley and Little Lever.
Trafford Trafford is known to be Greater Manchester's most expensive borough, therefore you wouldn't expect to buy a cheap home in the borough.
