The Met Office has forecast some wet spells this three-day weekend
The first three-day weekend is almost here, with the early May bank holiday on Monday May 1. Unfortunately the weather forecast isn't looking too promising for Greater Manchester, with showers scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
It's worth making the most of the morning, as a spell of light rain will fall between 3pm and 7pm. The rest of the night is to remain dry but still cloudy, with temperatures peaking at 16C. This will turn heavy from 4pm, clearing up at around 8pm. It will be ever so slightly cooler, with temperatures reaching 15C.
Temperatures will again peak at 15C. The sun will be making a late appearance, with some sunny intervals forecast at 7pm. The rest of the night will be partly cloudy, which will lead into Tuesday morning.
