The 'Singing Winger' played for Sheffield United, Leeds United and briefly England in the 1950s and 1960s.
Harry Gration The face of Look North and rugby league commentator Harry died on June 24, aged 71. Harry, born in Bradford and educated in York, began his career as a history teacher before moving into TV and presenting the BBC regional news programme. The Leeds-born screenwriter had a difficult start in life. Raised by a single mother who had escaped domestic violence, Kay became pregnant aged 16.
