A six-story office building, almost finished, with more than 180,000 square feet of office space and a fifth-floor outdoor deck. The only tenant so far is a 13,000-square-foot OhioHealth Primary & Urgent Care on the ground floor, but Kaufman said he expects other tenants to be announced soon. A single-story building called Solazzo, on the northeast corner of West State and McDowell streets, also being renovated into restaurant space.Gravity Experience Park, on the southeast corner of McDowell and West State streets, scheduled to open later this year with space for food trucks, live music, pickleball courts , and an existing older building that will serve as a bar.
