The Lieutenant Governor is celebrating the coronation of King Charles III with the public today.
The celebration will start with parade of the honour guard at 10:00 a.m. Those looking to attend are asked to be at Government House by 9:45 a.m. Bannerman Road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for the parade. Once the honour guard arrives, there will be a flag raising, speeches, prayer, a live performance, a 21-gun salute and a tree planting to mark the occasion.
