With Batman's rogues having full access to his armory, one Batman villain just leveled up in a major way, overthrowing Bane as Gotham's strongest.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Warning! Contains spoilers For Batman/Catwoman - Gotham War: Scorched Earth! One of the most deranged villains Batman has ever faced just gained the physical power of Bane. With Professor Pyg now using the strength-enhancing compound Venom, there's little hope of defeating him, especially considering he's already taken down Robin.
Batman's villains have formed an army using weapons stolen from the Batcave. Naturally, this is an absurdly dangerous situation and Robin finds out firsthand just how dangerous it is when he's quickly and easily taken down by Professor Pyg using Batman's backup of Venom. Robin is a highly trained combatant and has fought these villains dozens of times before, but now that they're using Batman's equipment, they're much more dangerous than usual.
This brutal fight is seen in previews for Batman/Catwoman - The Gotham War: Scorched Earth by Tini Howard, Chip Zdarsky, Mike Hawthorne, Nikola Cizmesija, Mark Morales, Wade Von Grawbadger, Arif Prianto, and Clayton Cowles.Professor Pyg is a More Terrifying Threat Than Ever Before Close Most of Batman's villains are already significant threats due to either their intelligence or their physical ability.
With Venom in hand, Professor Pyg is able to match Bane's top strength, which is a major problem. Pyg has always been dangerous if he could capture people and bring them back to his lair to turn them into Dollotrons. But in a straight-on fight, he usually goes down pretty quickly, and he almost never has any hope of catching people who can actually fight back.
Batman's Villains Are Equipped With His Weapons As the Gotham War rages on, the city is at risk of being torn apart, not just by Batman and Catwoman, but by the villains who march the streets with Batman's equipment. Every single villain is significantly more dangerous than before, but with Professor Pyg fully embracing Venom to finally achieve physical superiority, he just became Batman's most sadistic and most dangerous enemy.
