Two GOP presidential candidates bumped heads over a possible congressional investigation into whistleblower claims of meddling in the Hunter Biden probe.

Shapley also conveyed the information in testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee, where he noted Department of Justice prosecutors purposely chose not to obtain search warrants related to Hunter Biden.
