Heather Stefanson, Premier of Manitoba, and David Bosiak, Mayor of the City of Dauphin, for a Media availability on the tragic crash near Carberry.in rural Manitoba on June 15 includes grandparents, great-grandparents, a former teacher and well-loved members of the small town of Dauphin, still reeling from the event that killed a tragic proportion of town elders.
“The word tragedy has been used over the last week, but never has that word has as much meaning as it’s had when we look at the photos that line this room,” said Supt. Jeff Asmundson of the Manitoba RCMP.
