Lamontville Golden Arrows have confirmed the shock departure of co-head coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi.
Arrows thrash SuperSport to move second
"Lamontville Golden Arrows accepts coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi's resignation," a brief statement from the club reads. The exit comes as somewhat of a surprise with Arrows enjoying a good run of form, sitting in second place in the DStv Premiership. Abafana Bes'thende has collected three wins from five league matches – a record only bettered by log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, who have six wins from six.
